Secondary claims are promptly forwarded upon receipt of the primary Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Unpaid or underpaid claims receive our attention, and if needed, we initiate appeals, resubmitting claims with the necessary details and managing follow-up procedures.

In addition to efficient claims processing, our full-service billing includes the daily generation of patient statements. Employing a "soft" collection approach involving letters and, if necessary, telephone calls, we strive to maintain positive patient relations. Please note that we do not offer payment processing services, ensuring a streamlined focus on billing and claims management. To aid in financial transparency, customized monthly reports are provided, detailing charges, deposits, adjustments, and patient balances.
